MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PANORAMIC VIEW OF CEMENT PLANT FIVE DECADES OF EXPERTISE

Our vision is to deliver cement of the highest quality to our customers. Our Vast experience in production and technical Expertise reinforces this commitment. Our Cement Plant consists of 1200TPD dry process Kiln with latest Cement technology. The various Process stages are:

MINING OF LIMESTONE

• Huge high grade limestone deposits with consistent
• Quality, low Alkalies and chlorides ensure consistently high quality Cement

CEMENT GRINDING

• In "Polysius" make Ball mill rich quality Portland Cement Clinker, granulated blast furnace slag with high glass content and gypsum are ground in correct measured proportions for product fineness of 3500Cm2/gm plus.

LIMESTONE CRUSHING

• Two Stage close Circuit Crushers to reduce limestone size from 400mm to 100% passing 12mm. Before feeding to the mill, uniform quality of the limestone is achieved with better blending techniques.

RAW MEAL GRINDING

• Kawasaki Make close circuit Ball mill to grind limestone and other additives to product fineness of 14% retained on “90” microns and 2.6% retained on “212” microns. Highest level of homogeneity in the mill product is achieved by latest process control systems including Sonic ear for the mill.

PYRO PROCESSING

• Rotary Kiln with four stage preheater and modern advanced control techniques ensures, optimum operating efficiency and production of superior quality clinker. Burning ground super fine “Raw Meal” in Rotary Kiln at elevated temperature of 1450C ensures Clinker of higher “C3S” values with minimum free lime.

PACKING PLANT

• Electronic six spouts rotary packer automatically fills each bag with the right weight...............................................
